It'll certainly "lower?" the number of degrees we're warming up each year.

"Last year, we rose 5 degrees Fahrenheit. This year, we rose 4 degrees Celsius. Now that's progress."

I grew up in a house that was kept at 70 degrees..now I am used to 20!

How about we recommend to Bush to bring back the Dewey Decimal system. That will get that infamous Bushy face of stupidty going as he tries to figure out what you are talking about.
