Live and work in "The Now." The past is exactly that and the future has not happened. Think of your future goals but don't live in the future. You will not enjoy "Now." "Now" counts more than anything else.

That is what the huge survey of 20,000 elderly people said!They all agreed that 60 years go by in a flash.
